The aim of this course is to show how easily Abdominal and Navel Acupuncture Microsystems can be used to maintain good health and address the everyday health problems and injuries that are so prevalent in this modern world.
Abdominal Microsystem Acupuncture is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Meridian theory and operates through a treatment area on the abdomen that embraces the Meridians, a Turtle reflex microsystem and a Bagua microsystem, giving unique access to the complex energetics of the human body. In Abdominal Microsystem Acupuncture most of the points are connected by Meridians to provide links into all the physiological mechanisms of the body.
Based on the Meridians and Acupoints as defined by the Turtle and Bagua Blueprints, Abdominal Acupuncture is based on a triple energy level Meridian system originating at the umbilicus. You will learn multi depth needling techniques and the necessary palpation skills to achieve a quick therapeutic response to treat all acute musculoskeletal conditions as well as chronic degenerative ones and internal Zangfu conditions.

Navel Acupuncture
Navel Acupuncture is used as a Microsystem in its own right and is based on the principles of the Post Heaven Bagua and the Homunculus. Navel Microsystem Acupuncture provides an amazingly simple way of balancing the Zangfu functions and tonifying all Deficiencies to clear Stagnation. All musculo-skeletal conditions can be treated with Navel Acupuncture. Needling the navel alone provides a complete treatment system.

Advantages of Abdominal and Navel Acupuncture
The big pluses for Abdominal Acupuncture are its effectiveness, simplicity, lack of side effects and its provision of treatment with minimal discomfort. Much of the needling requires small gauge needles with very shallow insertion and little or no manipulation. This provides for a gentle and more pain free experience, because there is much less needle sensation than is experienced when needling the hands, feet and face acupoints in mainstream Acupuncture.
